From West Villa, Hong Kong — to Connecticut Street
Lawrence Koo's family has run Causeway Bay's West Villa since the 1980s. Executive Chef David Cheung spent thirty years in Hong Kong's great kitchens, West Villa and Lei Garden among them. In 2016 they brought that discipline to Greenhills.
